Meet Nicole L. Jordan, Esq.

Ms. Jordan, a Pennsylvania native, graduated cum laude from Waynesburg College with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science. She then moved to Florida to attend Stetson University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Ms. Jordan interned at the Office of the Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, representing indigent clients facing criminal charges.


Following law school, Nicole briefly worked for a statewide litigation firm, representing clients such as national restaurant chains, trucking companies, rental car companies, and insurance carriers. She then established her own practice, focusing on defense litigation, banking clients, construction issues, and commercial and residential real estate.


Licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Ms. Jordan is a member of the General Practice Solo and Small Firm and Trial Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar. Outside of work, she serves as an Elder in her church and volunteers by preparing and delivering meals to the homeless every Tuesday.


In her leisure time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn, and their two rescue dogs, Marty and Titan. She also has a passion for watching and commenting on live-streamed court trials and cheering for Alabama and the Steelers during football season.
