Meet Luke X. Johnston, Esq.

Luke X. Johnston has recently joined Lee & Evans as our newest Associate Attorney, after interning with us for the past two summers during law school at Florida State University.

Mr. Johnston, a lifelong Florida native, graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Political Science and Italian. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, where he focused his study in Taxation and Elder Law. Mr. Johnston was an inaugural member of the Florida State University Elder Law Clinic, where he helped low income and rural seniors with their legal needs, including probate and estate planning, and continued to work with the clinic throughout his time in Law School. Throughout Law School, Mr. Johnston worked with Lee & Evans, P.A. as a law clerk, where he learned that Estate Planning, Probate and Trusts was meant to be his practice area.

Mr. Johnston is a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, of which he served as Clerk of the Terrell Chapter. Mr. Johnston is a member of the Florida Bar's Young Lawyers Division as well as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Tax Section, and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.

In his leisure time, Mr. Johnston enjoys cooking, hiking, and rooting for his Florida Gators.
